Active Stadiums Pilot Program

Active Stadiums Program in Campaspe Shire, encouraging residents, no matter their fitness level, to be active.

The Active Stadiums Pilot Program encourages healthy active living within the community, with a particular focus on new parents, seniors and people with disability.

The weekly activities aim to make better use of the stadiums during times when they're not busy, as well as engaging the community and encouraging them to get active.

Activities include:

ECHUCA STADIUM

Pickleball for Seniors

  • Mondays, 1.30pm (5 February - 25 March)
  • Facilitated by Pickleball Power, $5 entry

New Parents and Bubs Physical Activity Session

  • Tuesdays, 9.30am (6 February - 26 March)
  • Facilitated by Echuca Regional Health, $5 entry

Strength and Balance for Seniors

  • Tuesdays, 10.30am (6 February - 26 March) 
  • Facilitated by Echuca Regional Health, $5 entry

KYABRAM STADIUM

Dodgeball for people living with a disability

  • Wednesdays, 11am (21 February and 6 March)
  • Facilitated by Kyabram District Health Service, free entry

Indoor Soccer and dodgeball for people living with a disability

  • Wednesdays, 11am (28 February, 13 March, 20 March and 27 March)
  • Facilitated by Campaspe Stadium Staff, $5 entry

TONGALA STADIUM

New Parents and Bubs Physical Activity Session

  • Thursdays, 9.30am (8 February - 28 March)
  • Facilitated by Echuca Regional Health, $5 entry

 

Bookings are not required. If you're hoping to participate in any of the activities, payment can be made upon arrival.
