Custard Porridge

Anna's Custard Porridge

Ingredients

  • 160g of rolled oats
  • 480g of any type of milk - we use coconut!
  • 380g of water
  • 4 eggs
  • Vanilla Essence

Instructions

  • Place rolled oats, milk and water in a saucepan and cook on medium heat stirring regularly
  • Whisk eggs
  • Once oats porridge consistency add eggs and stir well for 5 minutes
  • Add in vanilla essence
  • Once eggs are mixed through and porridge is usual constancy it will be slightly yellow in colour take off the stove
  • Allow to slightly cool.
