Anna's Custard Porridge

Ingredients
- 160g of rolled oats
- 480g of any type of milk - we use coconut!
- 380g of water
- 4 eggs
- Vanilla Essence
Instructions
- Place rolled oats, milk and water in a saucepan and cook on medium heat stirring regularly
- Whisk eggs
- Once oats porridge consistency add eggs and stir well for 5 minutes
- Add in vanilla essence
- Once eggs are mixed through and porridge is usual constancy it will be slightly yellow in colour take off the stove
- Allow to slightly cool.
