Dairy-free Banana Bread

Meg's Dairy-free Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 over ripe bananas
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2-3 big table spoons of honey (or maple syrup)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 cups self raising flour
  • 1 egg
  • Cinnamon ground to taste
  • Vanilla essence tablespoon

Instructions

  • Mash bananas with fork, then mix all ingredients through.
  • Grease a bread loaf tin and add mix in.
  • Cook in oven for 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
