Meg's Dairy-free Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 3 over ripe bananas
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2-3 big table spoons of honey (or maple syrup)
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 cups self raising flour
- 1 egg
- Cinnamon ground to taste
- Vanilla essence tablespoon
Instructions
- Mash bananas with fork, then mix all ingredients through.
- Grease a bread loaf tin and add mix in.
- Cook in oven for 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
