Jesse's Chow Mein

Ingredients

  • 500g Mince Meat
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • ¼ cabbage (sliced)
  • 2 carrots (sliced)
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 cup frozen peas and corn
  • 1 pkt Continental Chicken Noodle Soup
  • 1 tbs Garam Masala or cumin
  • 3 cups water

Instructions

  • In a large saucepan, brown mince & onion.
  • Add all other ingredients and simmer until liquid is reduced right down…about 30-45 mins.
  • Serve with boiled white rice.
