Jesse's Chow Mein

Ingredients
- 500g Mince Meat
- 1 onion (chopped)
- ¼ cabbage (sliced)
- 2 carrots (sliced)
- 1 cup green beans
- 1 cup frozen peas and corn
- 1 pkt Continental Chicken Noodle Soup
- 1 tbs Garam Masala or cumin
- 3 cups water
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, brown mince & onion.
- Add all other ingredients and simmer until liquid is reduced right down…about 30-45 mins.
- Serve with boiled white rice.
