Tell us about yourself and what you grow 

We are a small-scale regenerative farm, based in the Bendigo region, where we grow a considered selection of fresh, chemical free produce, and make small batch preserves and sauces.  

When is it in season? 

We plant and harvest all year round, meaning we offer only seasonal produce and we have different types of preserves in stock at various times of the year. We operate in small batches so it does run out fast! 

Do you stock your produce anywhere in the region? 

We often pop up at local farmers markets around Central Victoria, selling seasonal fresh produce and small batch preserves. You can send through an online order form to purchase products that are currently in stock via our website. 

What’s your favourite recipe using your own produce? 

Our favourite recipe is Chilaquiles Verdes - a breakfast of fried tortillas with cheese, eggs and our amazing Tomatillo Salsa Verde!
