Villa Pileggi Olive Oil is based in Gisborne Victoria and is renowned for its two licenses.

We sell from our orchard/cafe at home as well as weekly farmers markets around Melbourne.
When is it in season?
Olives are harvested in the middle of winter, June July and processed the same day for freshness. It is then sold throughout the year from our orchard at home and weekly farmers markets.

Villa Pileggi' s Freshly made high quality olive oil is best used raw to showcase its vibrant peppery and fruity notes and is ideal for Spaghetti Aglio e Olio, Bruschetta, drizzling over salads, finishing grilled vegetables, soups and of course dipping with crusty bread.
